💭 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For more delivery related questions, please see our shipping policy page. 

💭 Where can I find the expiry date?

The expiry date is usually found on the bottom front of the packaging or behind on the back (near the ingredients list). Kindly note that the date is read as YEAR/MONTH/DAY.

💭 Are your snacks Halal/Vegan/Vegetarian? 

A majority of our products are vegetarian/vegan, making them also Halal. We do not sell alcoholic beverages, so our drinks are also Halal. Please avoid jellies, gummies and mochis as they may contain gelatine. If in doubt, please check the ingredients list at the bottom of all product descriptions, or get in touch with our customer service team. If you order a subscription box and would like to exclude products that are not Halal/Vegetarian/Vegan, please leave a note at checkout so we can customise your bundle.

💭 Can I still order your products if I have an allergy to *****?

Yes! All of our snacks and drinks will have their ingredients listed at the bottom of the product descriptions, however please get in contact and we'll be able to help!
